Editorial policy
Our standards for accuracy, sourcing, independence, and what this site is — and is not.
Not medical advice
Everything on Telehealth News Network is general educational information and journalism. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician who knows your history. Never start, stop, or change a treatment based on something you read here — talk to a qualified provider first. If you are in a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Sourcing
We cite primary sources — regulatory filings, court and enforcement records, peer-reviewed research, and official agency guidance — wherever possible, and link to them so you can check our work. When evidence is thin, contested, or preliminary, we say so plainly rather than overstate it.
How our articles are produced
Our articles may be drafted with the assistance of AI tools and are edited and approved by a human before publication. Nothing publishes automatically. Health-sensitive material receives additional review. We do not publish AI-generated content as if it were a first-hand account, and we do not fabricate quotes, sources, or credentials.
Provider assessments
When we describe or compare telehealth providers, we aim to be factual, fair, and clearly sourced. We do not make first-party medical efficacy or safety claims about any provider or product. Where we characterize a provider's trustworthiness, we base it on the public record and label opinion as opinion.
Independence & disclosure
TNN is an independent publication of Biosignal Media. We may earn revenue from advertising and from affiliate links, which are disclosed. Commercial relationships never determine our coverage decisions or how we assess a provider. This independence firewall is a firm rule, not a courtesy.
Corrections
We fix errors promptly and transparently. If you spot a mistake, email hello@telehealthnewsnetwork.com and we will review it.
