Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2026
Telehealth News Network ("TNN", "we") is an independent publication of Biosignal Media. We aim to collect as little as possible about you. This policy explains what we do and don't collect.
Analytics
We use privacy-first, consent-gated analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand which articles readers find useful. Analytics storage is denied by default under Google Consent Mode — no analytics cookies are set unless you explicitly accept them via our banner. IP addresses are anonymized. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie choices" link in the footer.
Data we do not collect
We do not sell your personal data. We do not run behavioral advertising networks that profile you across the web. We do not ask for, want, or knowingly store any protected health information. Please do not send us health details about yourself.
Advertising & affiliate links
Some links may be affiliate links, which are disclosed. If and when we display advertising, we will update this policy to describe any data those partners receive, and any such change will be reflected in our consent controls.
Third parties
The site is served by our hosting provider (Vercel) and uses Google Analytics as described above. Each processes limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) needed to deliver the site or, with your consent, to measure usage.
Your choices
You can decline analytics, clear cookies in your browser, or use privacy tools such as tracker blockers without losing access to any content.
